Talking over a concern early on with one of our Trained Listeners can help you find a way forward for yourself or feel clearer in your own mind.

Appointments for Listening Time4U (LT4U) are available in person with one of our team of our Registered Listeners in the ‘Listening Room’ on the 1st floor of Nairn Community and Arts Centre.

We can also provide Tel. listening or a video listening call.

We ask that anyone wanting to come for Listening Time4U (LT4U) reads our Confidentiality Agreement.

Confidentiality Agreement June ’24 first. Your listener will remind you again about this at your appointment.
