This is a 2-day interactive and experiential course in which learning is gained through a range of individual and group activities including talking and listening in pairs using LWS safe and robust   listening approach.  

 Role play is not used as a learning method. Participants are encouraged to use real life experiences, so confidentiality is an integral and extremely important part.

 The course provides the opportunity to reflect more deeply on vulnerability and authenticity in listening. It also provides further skills in listening in the context of loss, change and difference and guidance on   how to use listening appropriately and safely in your own personal situation.
