For those working within the NHS: this course contributes to the Quality Strategy Ambition of Safe and Effective Person-Centred Care and to complement NHS KSF (Oct 2004) dimensions on communication and promotion of health and wellbeing.
Volunteer Role within Listen Well Scotland: this course is the first stage in the volunteer training programme
Credit Rating: this course also provides participants with the opportunity to gain a credit rating of 10 credits at SCQF Level 5 (Edinburgh Napier University) by completing the additional component of both practical and written assessments to the required standard.
