As part of the blended learning approach to our Listening Training Programme, we are introducing this 3-hour virtual workshop – Active Empowering Listening ‘Putting it into Practice.’

 This workshop has been developed by Listen Well Scotland (LWS) to complement the well received CPD accredited Let’s Get   Listening! Online Course. Participants have valued the opportunity to learn in their own time and pace while at the same time LWS has ensured the quality and integrity of the course. 

 The only missing aspect of the online course is the opportunity to practise 1:1 listening. This embeds the theoretical learning and   provides the important experience of being both a speaker and a listener. Confidentiality is integral in all our training and you will   be asked to sign our Confidentiality agreement which will be sent to participants in the pre-course instructions.

 The workshop which will be open to those who have completed the Let’s Get Listening! Online course. It will be delivered by   members of our training team who will provide a brief revision of the online course material before the main time is given to 1:1   listening practice in breakout rooms.
